I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say THANKS!!!!! You did an awesome job in getting my parents through all the paperwork needed to list the house and in getting the house sold so fast!! Also, kudos to you for all the realtors that showed up!! We have sold a fair number of houses over the years (obviously not nearly as many as you!) :) and I've never heard of that kind of realtor turn out! I can't tell you how much we appreciate all your help, and you've been so gracious through it all, putting up with all of us, (okay, mostly me).

It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Candice Han. I first met Candice in July of 2002. She then assisted my wife and I in finding a condo at Lake Arrowhead. She took time in her office to go over the options to determine the location and type of condo that would meet our needs. She then led us to visit the units for sale that met our specifications. From the beginning of our meeting to the time when we made our selection and offer, she never tried to pressure us into any decision. Once the decision was made, she handled every detail up to a very efficient close.
Even more to her credit, she continued to keep in contact with us after the close, checking to be sure that the condo met our expectations and offering to help if needed. At the time of the 2003 fire, she kept us abreast of the fire with telephone calls as well as email. She advised us when and which roads were open so that we could return and check our property.
In all, I continue to be pleased with the professional conduct of Candice. I will definitely call upon her again should I have further real estate to buy or sell.
